Building & Boosting your Mental Fitness – Online Workshop – Thursday 18th March, 7-8pm

We are delighted to announce that following on from the brilliantly received Rookie Camp session entitled ‘A Strengths Based Approach to Developing your Wellbeing Toolkit’, Dr Cíara Losty is back with the GPA on the 18th of March from 7-8pm to deliver a similar webinar focused on building and boosting your mental fitness.

Although there is some light at the end of tunnel, the current circumstances are challenging for all of us. Dr Losty will draw on her vast experience as a Pracademic – working as a sports psychologist with elite athletes and lecturing in Sport and Exercise Psychology in WIT – to provide you with the tools and coping strategies to protect and promote your mental fitness.

By attending this webinar you will learn about:
